I had the pleasure of consulting with Dr Y Laloo. I found her to be personable, warm, courteous and extremely friendly. Her attention to detail in terms of listening to her patients was remarkable. I very good experience indeed.
The products she mentions are top of the range and of high quality. One would hope though that the medical aids which we contribute to, will actually cover such necessary medical treatments.

The reason i'm posting this review is in mitigation of the 2 poor reviews on this site. I took my daughter to see her a while ago. She was absolutely amazing, took the time to clearly explain everything to a 10 year old girl and certainly went well over the appointment time. Not only that, we were referred by another leading dermatologist who specialises only in skin cancers. So she clearly has the respect of her peer group.

Not happy with the treatment I got, I went for skin tags removal. I felt the pain all the way through the procedure and she did not care, I will never use her services ever again.

This is the worse doctor. She is not friendly & very snooty. She gave me a script for meds that costed R700 & did not help me. My cousin paid over R1000 for her face products which did not help her. This is all a money making thing, she has no passion to help people.

Not happy with the treatment i received from Dr Y Lalloo as I literally went in to her room for 4 minutes. She asked me how I was doing and what I came in for (which I appreciate, she is a nice person generally) however she just made me go lay down in the next room looked at my face and said I must go to the next room for the receptionist to tell me the options I have( which is to buy extremely expensive products which my medical aid will be exhausted for just 3 products) I asked is there no other options and the receptionist tells me no. I walk out the room and few days later my medical aid reports that I'm billed 700 and something just for that. Surely I could get a script for something else and for other products that I could get from a pharmacy but that was the end for me. It was like such a disappointment not to get the help I needed for the amount I paid and literally 4 minutes. Unbelievable!!!

The best service ever .She is the best Doc with skills that are unimaginable.She treats patients with respect and her presence alone is a healing factor.keep up the great work.

Damn she is good... i have never seen this much eczema im my life... in less than 3days in hospital treatment im better just the marks ... Doc you are the best. Thank you...

A well informed, highly professional Dermatologist, whose treatments and recommended products have proven to be most effective-she takes a keen interest in ensuring the effectiveness of her recommendations. Excellent service indeed.

Dr Lalloo is fantatsic, genuine concern for her patients, we are not a just a file number. with her expertise and advice she is peerless.
