What awesome service! Although we couldn't find a workable and affordable solution to my internet difficulties, Vijan was very attentive and really went the extra mile to try and help. He responds quickly and treats people as if they are his only customer. Would highly recommend working with him.

I had a fiber internet installed. The application process was very professionally handled from beginning to end. A team of installation technicians were sent out to finalize the Internet. Complete process takes about 2 weeks but definitely worth the wait. Service provider is Vox & I will definitely recommend.

Its realistic in a sense that if there isn't an answer at hand, it would be said and the incumbent would return with the response as had promised. Efficient and Knowledgeable...........had fibre installed recently and had it not been for Vijan , i would have cancelled and moved application to another company.

Have just changed my ISP to Vox via ITBlackbox. Vijan of ITBlackbox was an absolute superstar, holding my hand and babying me all the way. This is by no means the first time I have changed internet service providers, but this was DEFINITELY the most seamless switchover I have ever experienced. The only "downtime" was the few minutes it took for the technician to install the new router. Can highly recommend these guys, they are super professional, and they deliver what they promise.

Was told by Vox that my Adsl line would be cancelled so as there was no fiber In our area we would need to get Lte Apparently Telkom relented and decided not to cancel adsl until fiber was available as communicated to me by Blackbox agreed that I would wait till that happened So thanks to Blackbox .

In my interaction with Vijen, I found him to be knowledgeable and very customer centric. His interaction with people and his way of explaining the issue to the customer is done in layman’s terms. Even if he has to repeat himself, he does so till you understand the issue. I will recommend IT Blackbox services.

Vijan is an IT Specialist and proved his worth and knowledge by attending to my CCTV issues which were becoming a nightmare!
