The company was called to provide a quotation. The gentle man arrived and stated that he will provide us with a quotation. To date nothing has arrived. The company was called and the lady who represents the company was very rude and arrogant. I was advised to go to another company. This matter has now been reported to hello Peter and Toshiba head office. This is the type of poor service you get. Toshiba needs to take note of this query.
