Umlingo Contruction and Maintenance provided a great service. Their work was very neat. They cleaned up every time before they left. They are realible. The workers are friendly as well. The company was doing roof repairs. Till this day we never had any problems with the roof. I would recommend the company to anyone.

Mr Naidoo and his team provided an excellent service. They worked quickly and efficiently, and produced professional results of a high standard. They constantly tidied up after themselves, and were respectful to us and our home. Umlilo Construction comes highly recommended. I will definitely be using them again.

I highly recommend Umlingo Construction & Maintenance. We had part of an outside building at our Complex demolished to make space for an additional Parking Bay. From coming in to give us a quote and then carrying out the required work Ronnie and his team have always been professional and courteous. His team also worked very well and the yard was always left clean and tidy before they left. I got Ronnie's number from Snupit and was impressed with the reviews he received and I must say he deserves the appreciation and recognition he has received from his clients.

0 stars! Would not recommend Ronnie at all. -Almost 8 months to complete simple home renovations. -Poor workmanship. Ceilings cracked, hole in ceiling, water leaks, untidy finishes and numerous other issues. Had to pay another contractor to come in and correct work he did on my property after paying him an arm and a leg expecting quality work to be done. Infuriating experience with Ronnie.

Roof repairs

Umlingo Construction repaired or replaced my fascias, repaired roof tiles and leaks at interfacings. I found Ronnie Naidoo very honest and thorough. If something wasn’t quite right, he came right back to sort it out and left the place meticulously clean and tidy. It is a pleasure to have a builder of that caliber to work on your property.

I contacted Ronnie because of the excellent reviews on Snupit and his work definitely reflects it. He did my kitchen wall tiling, removal and installation of extractor fan and new cornices. His workmanship is excellent and service is brilliant. He went out of his way to make the customer happy, was always on time and was extremely honest. Will definitely deal with him again.

We were provided with prompt and efficient service, reasonable quotes and great workmanship. Ronnie takes the time to understand the client's needs properly and build up a good rapport. He is reliable and quotes are done timeously. Ronnie and his staff and always friendly and respectful and they have a wonderful after sales service.

Resurfaced my driveway. The best thing about this company is the after sales service. It's phenomenal. I highly recommend this company.

Installation of new toilets in two bathrooms. Service included removal of old leaking toilets and retiling. Workmanship and efficiency was to my satisfaction. I loved the fact that Mr Naidoo and his team surpassed my expectation. The work was done in a day and bathrooms were cleaned and looked pristine before Mr Naidoo accepted payment. I will without hesitation call on Umlingo Construction for all my future renovations. 100% recommend this company.

Ronnie presented his quote quickly and came and did the job of realigning and concreting our driveway when he said he would. There was minimal disruption, apart from the obvious one of waiting for the cement to cure before driving over it. There is a fair volume of traffic on the drive, which includes 3 SUV's and the surface is holding well.
