I was pleasantly surprised with Jan his knowledge and ability in his painting, renovations and work was in my opinion a very high standard. He was honest about what needed to be replaced and why and what didn't need extra work and why. This helped me in the costs where he could have just upsold everything. This is a rare commodity in the industry today. His workmanship and timing was excellent.
