We offer the following:
Bookkeeping to trial balance
Monthly Management accounts
SARS PAYE and VAT SUBMISSIONS

The work can be done anywhere on a cloud based program supporting QuickBooks or Pastel. PLEASE note that this will attract a subscription service directly with Pastel or QuickBooks and will be for the client to pay.
The work can also be done from my Laptop using QuickBooks (desktop version) . This will NOT attract additional fees.

I offer my clients the option of a fixed monthly fee or a bill per hour fee. I only charge for actual time spent and I don't charge extra to submit SARS returns (only for the time spent doing the calculation and submissions).

My fees are low to enable small and start up companies to afford my services.
