What a relief to connect with Raj when we decided to sell and discovered that we had to have houseplans re-done. Raj provided excellent and professional service and managed the entire process of getting a copy of the existing plans, measuring up, drawing the plans and submitting them for approval. I thoroughly recommend his service. His rates are far, far lower than another other local that I tried first. Furthermore, he gave excellent advice as to construction/building options with our extensions which saved a heap of money at the building phase. Also a very good eye as to aesthetics. Finally, he knows exactly how to dot all the i-es and cross all the t-ees so that the plans pass through the municipality without a problem. Really could not be happier!
