Ascot Wedding and Conference Venue is one of the most versatile conference venues in Pietermaritzburg. There are a number of venues to choose from, including large bomas able to accommodate up to 200 people, and intimate rondavels accommodating up to 10 people, ideal for smaller breakaway groups. From small training sessions to large annual conferences, we will be able to meet your conference needs.
All the conference venues are fully air-conditioned (except the Hippo Room), and are equipped with the basic conferencing equipment, ensuring you the most comfortable experience possible. From simple finger snacks to delicious home cooked buffet lunches, all your catering needs for your conference will be met at Ascot Wedding & Conference Venue. We also offer various package options to best suit your needs and budget.
