I am a clinical psychologist and
psychotherapist. My main interest is to assist people in improving the overall
quality and meaning of their lives. I am especially interested in stress, trauma,
anxiety and depression, which are common experiences for people today which
erode at the quality of their lives, and in assisting people to improve these
difficult emotions. Given the importance of relationships in our lives, I also
work with many people with relationship difficulties, especially couples or marital
difficulties. My concern is to assist couples develop a more satisfying and
