Gianotti International is a BEE certified manufacturer of an extensive range of corporate branded and promotional products. The company was established by Les Collins in 1978 doing general screen-printing and by 1980 had progressed into doing dye sublimation. Very little was known about dye sublimation and we bought our first semi automatic silkscreen machine to print our own dye-sub paper prints. Over the years we perfected the silkscreen process and won a number of local awards in 1992/3.

Then in 1994/5 we were rewarded with a full sweep winning bronze, silver and gold awards here in South Africa and then internationally in the United States. The silk-screening of our own dye sublimation paper prints and our own CMT operation enabled us to run an in-house operation. This offers you the client, timorous deliveries. To follow was the large format screen printer allowing us to screen print 3 meters by 1,8 meter sheet size.

Then in 2000 another expansion was with the acquisition of imaging machines. This allowed for for dye sublimation of smaller quantities at a much quicker turn around time. The next expansion was the acquisition of solvent imaging printers and a laminator that filled in the last gap in our production and service to our clients, allowing the company to produce all our products under one roof. With these structures in place we are able to print up to 1.8m wide by any length down to your smallest basic requirements! This also offers you, the client, a very diverse operation suitable to your needs.
