Masiza helped with a leaking pipe that was damaging the ceiling. They responded speedily and the communication and workmanship was excellent. I'd recommend them.

The workmanship and quality of work leaves a lot to be desired. Tile and mosaic laid poorly and work done was terrible. I would avoid this company at all costs. I had to get a new service provider to fix the poor work provided. I wish I could post how bad the tiling was done.

we do beg to dispute where we feel the need to defend ourselves. More than 90% of our projects are successfully complete with satisfaction because of the thorough consultation that takes place prior and working conditions.It is extremely difficult to please customers where there is internal conflict caused by the choice of material and finishes the customer provides (eg. Tile spec & Grout) , decisions on additional and existing sanitary ware as well the selection of the company to undertake the project itself.We are bound to witness customers being victims of "bad service" because of the final product that does not look as incredible as they thought it'd be when simulating in store. Unfortunately in this case we are being pinned down because we are the ones who applied the tiles and grout with not such a great choice of spec and colours.Another issue being time constraints: upon stripping the old shower set, a leak was detected with water surfacing from the first floor's slab. That resulted in us having to work on the issue, extending the estimated duration of the project and adding pressure as our guardian could only be there comfortably for the originally requested amount of days. As a fateful gesture, we parted ways with a deposit being made into the customer's account as we felt we hadn't completed the project as well. We regret this experience for both parties but appreciate the lesson!

The quality of workmanship is poor and untidy especially the tiling. We needed to retile our bathroom!

Kitchen and bathroom renovations , plumbing, changed lighting for the whole house, roof cleaning and painting. They were professional and neat. Made record time frame and took their rubble away from the premises. I strongly recommend them to anyone.
