I have done a few of Aumji's breath workshops and a number of one on one transformation coaching sessions. With each one, I shifted to an empowering place in the areas toughest to deal with at that point of my life. Conscious breathing, combined with Aumji's guidance and ability to quickly connect to currently most needed work unlocked where I was stuck. I incorporated in my daily routine number of the breathing tools he taught us. I go to them daily, a few times a day. My life has changed to something I truly desire.
