The lady by the name of chairmane is very rude and a liar, she made me believed that the pilot will be available for my wedding, a week before she told she found one with te double amount of price I was charged before, when I tried to enquire she told I must take my money back,she has attitude with zero customer service. I think it's time we make south africa aware of her company that ruin other ppl's wedding.

Very bad service, a lady called Charmain who is a director of some sort in the company treats clients like they owe her something, bad telephonic manners, they change things as they wish, they give misleading information. I was made to beleive a white helicopter was gonna be used at my parent's wedding then after weeks they said it's green. On the day of the wedding they had a mechanical problem with their helicopter & they only made us aware of it 30minutes before pick up time whereas they were aware of the problem from more than 3hours before letting us know. they are never clear on what's expected from the client. They never give you a chance to talk on the phone. When you say something they talk over you. My preferences was never their priority.
