* Marriage counselling/couples therapy which entails helping clients resolve problems with their spouses, partners, boy/girlfriends.
* Stress, help clients get relieve from stress by identifying and deal with the root causes of their stress, empower clients with adaptive/healthy coping skills, healthy stress management strategies.
* Anger management problems, clients are helped to deal with the root causes of their anger problems, and get empowered with healthy anger management skills.
* Depression, help clients come out of depression, help deal with mood swings and other mood related problems such as bipolar mood disorder, postpartum depression (depression after child birth) etc. Anxiety disorders/problems such as panic attacks, social phobias, generalised anxiety disorders, fear of the unknown, fear of death and dying

* HIV/AIDS counselling which entails pre/post HIV testing counselling, helping clients accept HIV positive status and live a positive life, medication adherence counselling.
* Suicide attempts, suicidal thoughts, clients are assisted to deal with problems in their lives that led to suicide attempt or that brings about suicidal thoughts.
* Various forms of abuse, clients (adults and Children) are assisted to deal with and or come out of abusive situations (physical, sexual, emotional, and financial abuse).
* Family Problems, clients are helped to deal with conflicts between family members, problems with in-laws (mother in-law/daughter in-law conflicts), problematic children/teenagers, siblings rivalry/jealousy, and more.
* Adjustment problems, clients (both adults & children) are assisted with adjustment difficulties to various situations, e.g., starting new school, new employment, relocations and change of home environments, adjustment to new financial status,
* Obsessive-compulsive problems/disorders, assists clients with obsessive and compulsive behaviours such repeated hand washing, checking of door if locked repeatedly or many times.
* Eating problems/disorder, help clients with problems in eating behaviour due to obsession/worry about body weight.
* Somatoform problems/disorders, help clients with physical/physiological/bodily symptoms that does not have a medical basis such as experiences of body pains that cannot be medically explained, preoccupation or fear of having a serious disease, preoccupation with the thought of having body disfiguration or body defects/faults.
* Work Related Problems, clients are assisted to deal and cope better with problematic colleagues, problematic manager/boss and relational problems with co-workers.
