Workmanship poor paid him in full in December was promise work will get done first week in January it's the 1st of March and still waitaing

Stoneway's response

We have been back in January to finish cement work and some grouting, we also did some repairs to paving at back that was damaged due to block 110mm drainage pipes , not our doing. Then we were there in February to do 4sqm paving in front of bedroom not part of original work and did communicate to client that any other snags will be completed when we have to go back to install 125 terraforce blocks ( an xtra requested by client) waiting for stock from supplier to do so.
