On site repairs: I was very impress with your ADVERTISEMENT airing on TV but became terribly upset when I had to wait up to three weeks before the technician came out to do my repairs. First they never received my request; then the car was in for repairs; then the technician forgot about me after I gave my details to him twice. the third time I went back to the shop to cancel the job. after I had left the shop at the Bridge (Greenacres), Ernest ( a senior?) phoned me. I explained everything to him and he eventually convinced me to reconsider. I did, and the technician came out to fix my PC at my house. He did a very good job and I'm highly satisfied with the work done. so something negative was turned into a positive. Thank you to Ernest and his team.
