We provide a workmanship guarantee for completed work, subject to the agreed scope of work and project terms. Any defects resulting directly from workmanship will be assessed and, where applicable, rectified within the agreed guarantee period. Guarantees do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, alterations by third parties, or defects caused by materials supplied by the client.
