This is one of those days where I've had to contact our broker requesting documentation and assistance with a company claim. I sent my request through, and within less than an hour I had a response from them with all the information i may need to successfully attend to the claim including all the forms. What stood out for me in connection with this fantastic service, was the fact that they had already filled in my information such as the policy information which not only saved me time, but also offered to assist with any further information I may require - that I don't have off hand. Customer more than satisfied!!! They really go the extra mile.
