The firm came into existence on 1 March 2001 and Jacques du Preez is the sole proprietor. He is ably assisted by Nachelle de Bruin-Landman (admitted attorney), Ross Barnard (para-legal assistant) and reliable staff in the administrative and bookkeeping departments.
Jacques holds a B. Juris LLB (UPE). Nachelle holds a LLB (NMMU) degree.
