Hi there! I am Ashleigh Hertel. I am a private practice dietitian practicing in Port Elizabeth. I offer services relating to disease management, weight management and sports nutrition. I have an Inbody machine which gives a full breakdown of body fat, visceral fat and water just to name a few.
