Nelmarie offers a home based personal training service assisting you in achieving your fitness and health goals. Train at your home with no or minimal exercise equipment.

I specialise in weight loss/maintenance, body toning, flexibility, core strengthening, mobility, functional exercises, strength and cardio training.

I'm experienced with:

*Joint pain
*Obesity
*Fibromyalgia
*Pregnancy
*Ages 4-80+

I have 16 years experience as a personal/group trainer at Virgin Active/home based with Exercise Teachers Academy and International College of Kinesis qualifications.
