Disgusted in the attitudes of the repairmen. Took a computer in TWICE for them to fail to resolve the issue. But they were still more than happy to charge us twice for the same “repair”. Also tells us that we are “lucky” that he fixed it so cheaply, as well accusing us of wanting our computer fixed for free. Will never come here again. Neither will anyone I know - I’ll make sure of it.
