Your agency's installed my explora decoder on the 29th of May..Yesterday I went it to pay my account and to my surprise I was double billed.Reason for that was bcz your installer did not inactive my previous decoder.. Yesterday I phoned the installer got hold of him and promised to escalate the matter bt nothing has been done yet....
