Once they complete the job, they are not easily contactable for remedial work.

The Client Mr Ally, was issued a formal proposal outlining price, quality, and time parameters. Mr. Ally declined the quoted price and expressly instructed us to reuse second-hand materials from his prior installation, thereby deviating from our specified scope and compromising quality standards. All materials used were supplied by the Client. Our Terms and Conditions provide workmanship guarantees only where materials are supplied by us and exclude liability for defects in client-supplied materials. Subsequently, a severe thunderstorm in the Umhlanga area caused one panel to dislodge. This constitutes an act of nature beyond our control. We deny liability for damages arising from client-supplied materials or extreme weather conditions.
