I bought a book after being stopped from going to a genuine place. Those useless morons kept giving me the run around when I came for my book and after I applied for a refund, I didn't get it. Even now I'm still waiting for my refund. They are useless and incompetent. If you know what's good for you, rather go buy your books elsewhere or you'll regret it. Useless and ridiculously poor service!!

Ordered book online showed they had stock paid for it. After a couple off days with no news started sending emails no reply. Phoned them to be told they do not have the book in stock. Said it is against consumer act as you can't advertise as if you have stock. Said they will get back to me no call. Emailed how many times demanding my money back. Got email will pay back still waiting. You just don't get anything out of them.
