Mediation & collaboration are legally binding and peaceful methods whereby the parties can in a relaxed atmosphere, with or without their attorneys, take charge of the dispute with accredited and qualified neutrals to guide them trough the process. Once settlement is reached, their agreement can be made an order of court.

• We settle up to 80% of disputes in the first 2 sessions. A further 10% of cases settle at a second & third session. Only 10% of cases submitting to mediation don't settle.
