Overeaters Anonymous is a programme of recovery from compulsive eating in its numerous forms: over-eating, under-eating, bulimia and anorexia.
We use the Twelve Steps & Twelve Traditions as adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous to recover from the disease of compulsive eating.
We use face to face meetings, virtual meetings and other tools to share experience, strength and hope, and to recover and live a balanced, healthy, happy and useful life.
There is a solution to the disease of compulsive overeating.
We respect one anothers' anonymity and share the programme of recovery with fellow sufferers.
