The service was very exceptional. I had been struggling for 2wks to get a credible Plumber in Witbank & Middelburg who deals with JoJo tanks. Sarel called me immediately after I logged the request with Snupit. He's very professional, honest, down to earth, respectable/respectful and an expert in this field. In 5 minutes after assessing the JoJo he was spot on able to confirm the issue. The quotes from other chance taker Plumbers had indicated I must put a new pump which was definitely not true. I saved a lot of money from his honest service. I highly recommend him for Plumbing services. I'll definitely use his service going forward. His rates are also very fair in light of the job he does.
