Great company to do business with. Heard of them on Bosveld radio. Will definitely talk to them to expand my solar system in the future. Our system has been pushing back on the Eskom grid since day one. The sales person Henrico did a great job of explaining and was very professional. The installation team under Charl knew their job and did it with great efficiency. Charl had no hassles answering queries the next day as soon as he got time. They are a bit more expensive than some of the competition, but I do think you get your money's worth.

Romic Consulting provided me with the basic system. it was installed. There were a few issues which I was promised it will be sorted and I will be showed how to load and use the App and its benefits. To date I had to call to remind my contact about the latter. it was promised it will be resolved. I called again to ask for a quote to install another 4 panels. No positive response with a written quote that I can make a decision. here I am willing buyer but noone seems to grab the opportunity? I received No call that one can say there is after sales care. Discussions happens in the background but certainly not with the client? My contct can see I am looking for him but he is not looking to his calls or WhatsApps? Poor me! Quick to make a sale and then the client is left on his own? That was not the promise!

We would like to dispute this comment What happened is the client made contact with the installer. And as per our Terms and Conditions, the installer is contracted and is not part of Romic Consulting. Thus, when the client spoke to the installer, we had no knowledge of the fact that the client had issues with loading and using the app for the inverter. Furthermore, the client asked us to sms him a price on the 4 x Solar Panels (as he did not provide us with an email) and this was done. Thereafter we had not received any contact from the client, or that he wanted an official quote before proceeding. It was only after we received this email that we knew that the client wanted to proceed with the installation of extra panels. We get a lot of cases where the clients don't necessarily want a full quote on a product, but just a quick price. Thus, this was just a misunderstanding and miscommunication between us and the client.
