Marietjie from MC Rabie is a talented QS who lead as client representative in our recent home renovation. the project was about a year long and Marietjie had the talent / recall to be able to remember a huge amount of detail of hand and worked hard to keep costs down and hold builders to account.

Our home and the project were profoundly improved through Marietjie's involvement.

MC Rabie CC Quantity surveying services is a one-women business at the moment.
I am a diligent graduate Quantity Surveyor from Technikon Pretoria in 1994. During the course of my academic career, I also managed to accrue nearly 29 years of work experience. I had the privilege of working for Farrow Laing Ntene / Davis Langdon for the first 13 years of my career as a professional Quantity Surveyor. For the balance of my career, I freelanced and did contract work. In 2017 I opened an office for JN Consulting in Cape Town. We relocated back to Pretoria in 2019 and freelance for 2109.

My expertise at the moment would be more in the residential market.
Costing of New Houses, Costing of renovations to houses, Cost disputes between contractor and Client, residential developments, office parks, etc.

No project to small for me.
