Her rehabilitation sessions and training sessions have changed my Life for the good forever. From pain and limited movement in daily Life from Lumbar osteoarthritis, I am able to lead a normal Life again. No more pain in my Spine and no more need for pain, sleeping and anti-depressant medications. I have regained feeling again in my leg and foot as well. She is excellent and I have even started training in the gym again.
