As a lead architect at ST Nubian Architects, I was exposed to brownfield and greenfield projects in various areas of architectural design and up to a value of 40 million U$S. My design expertise covers various sectors such as institutional, industrial, corporate offices, health institutions, educational and group residential.
My qualifications on architecture, project management and business administration (MBA), provides me with an holistic vision, that s allows me to understand the technical aspects, while incorporating project management methodologies and, to include understanding of the market conditions to successfully align business strategies o and leadership towards the successful completion of projects.
I have been a mentor with the Council of the Built Environment (CBE) in South Africa since 2015, assisting in the registration of young professionals with SACAP.(South Africa). My work experience covers projects developed in South Africa, Congo, Somalia, Mozambique, Uruguay, Argentina, Santo Domingo.
I am passionate about the digitalisation of the construction industry, in particular around BIM and the improvement of efficiencies in the design and construction process.
