Walked into the Telkom Menlyn store as new customers on 26/08/17. The store was full of patrons and there was no sign or person to assist with what procedure must be followed to get assistance. We stood around for 5 minutes looking staff into their eyes but still no one made an atttempt to assist us. I managed to deduce that assistance was based on some ticketing system. It is only when I loudly displayed my disbelief to my partner that a staff member kind off made it known that tickets were issued by her. After complaining about their CRM I still got attitude. Having worked in customer services for 30 years plus, I am at a loss for words. Better jack up your service Telkom.
Very disappointed in the service. No one comes back to you and no one seems to be able to assist. Just maybe its because you employ incompetent people.
I will NEVER refer anybody to work with telkom/8ta esp the one the Menlyn mall, you people lack professionalism and you do not deliver, i really cant wait for my contract to end. i am highly dissapointed.
