Stephan's service was prompt and well executed. He sends through photos of the areas in which work is needed, makes pro-active suggestions but gives an honest evaluation on the necessity of the work without trying to sell something that is not needed. In my experience, Stephan is hands-on and involved with the work he is doing. I can certainly recommend his services!

We opted to build an extension to our existing house and did quite a bit of renovating to the interior - SVZ projects was a team of professional, hard working gents who exceeded my expectations! Our house is just beautiful and the building process wasn’t a headache at all! Thank you team!
