Background
Starting as early as 2006, ZZZ Construction & Maintenance originated from a smaller company, ZZZ Maintenance, started by Zaak Spangenberg while still finishing school. Zaak inherited his natural instinct for building and working with his hands from his father. In the early years ZZZ Maintenance focused on smaller jobs, joinery, carpentry, drywalling and ceilings.
Zaak has been working in the construction industry for an extensive period of time, co-founded another company, WZS Bou Konstruksie, as well as worked with High Standard Projects and eventually Amadu Developments.
These experienced helped Zaak develop the philosophies and understanding of the full spectrum of activities involved with in the construction industry, from brick laying, earthworks, wet works, sign-offs and even accounting. These lessons learned throughout his career, became the founding principles in the formation of ZZZ Construction and Maintenance.
