Our highest priority is ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the end result of a project, are kept up to date, well informed, and remain proud of the projects that they envisioned, and that we fulfilled.
We make sure that we know our clients or their representatives, to ensure that we can deliver a tailored made solution to meet each project’s unique needs, schedule and budget.
In dealing with insurance claims, managing agents, or project managers, our ultimate goal is to ensure that insured clients and tenants feel neither cheated nor dissatisfied throughout the claims process, and are fully satisfied when the job is signed off. Your insured client, tenant or project managers are as important to us as you are, and you can expect us to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction all round.
Our key service focuses are:
A. Turnaround time for project completion.
B. Cost-effective solutions without compromising the quality of results.
C. Low complaint rates and even lower warranty claims.
D. Ensuring that we leave a site in pristine condition, with satisfied clients.
E. Consistent communication and client collaboration throughout the project.
Background
Starting as early as 2006, ZZZ Construction & Maintenance originated from a smaller company, ZZZ Maintenance, started by Zaak Spangenberg while still finishing school. Zaak inherited his natural instinct for building and working with his hands from his father. In the early years ZZZ Maintenance focused on smaller jobs, joinery, carpentry, drywalling and ceilings.
Zaak has been working in the construction industry for an extensive period of time, co-founded another company, WZS Bou Konstruksie, as well as worked with High Standard Projects and eventually Amadu Developments.
These experienced helped Zaak develop the philosophies and understanding of the full spectrum of activities involved with in the construction industry, from brick laying, earthworks, wet works, sign-offs and even accounting. These lessons learned throughout his career, became the founding principles in the formation of ZZZ Construction and Maintenance.
