I have been training with Nkateko since 2023. He is great at what he does. Extremely professional and focuses on getting the movements and exercises right.

Nkateko is also great with teens. He not only helps them with fitness but also develops a strong relationship with them and is like a life coach. My teenage son sees him on a weekly basis.

I highly recommend his services!
