Hero’s is a COACHING and TRAINING business that focuses on the fundamentals of Viability, Profitability and Sustainability. Interventions are designed to suit both new and existing Business Owners, as well as employees, who embrace the need to “take ownership” and exercise good “stewardship” of their businesses and jobs.

Hero’s is headed up by Gary Bonner who has in excess of 30 years of experience in all aspects of SME development. Hero’s was originally a division of the Small Business Development Corporation and was established out of the restructuring of SBDC (known today as Business Partners), in 1996.

Over and above Business Coaching and short Training Courses, Hero’s also offers General Business Consultations and a range of other Essential SME Support Services.

Coaching
The Hero’s Coaching Programme is an Accountability and Stewardship process designed to guide, support and motivate Entrepreneurs. Short, practical, ONE on ONE sessions are conducted on a fortnightly basis over a one year period to help Business Owners improve their businesses, their staff and themselves.

Together with the owner/s, the Hero’s Coach will develop New Strategies or Endorse Existing Strategies to either Sustain or Improve the performance of the business.

Whilst the Coaching Programme will address all areas of the business, the primary focus of the coach, who functions as an ACCOUNTABILITY Partner to the owner, is MARKETING, SALES, CASH FLOW and PROFIT.

Businesses should THRIVE and not just SURVIVE.

Whilst coaches use basic business tools and follow a simple structured process, the Coaching Programme is a journey and not a training course, and as such remains FLEXIBLE and sensitive to the clients/ business needs at all times.


Training Courses
A range of short (1 to 2 days), practical SME courses are offered by Hero’s Training.
Courses are however offered only on a GROUP basis. (6 - 15 delegates)
