The contractor first came to fix window closures. Then we did a quote on window bars. His Welder came and did a messy job , the metals dripped on my tiles now my tiles are ruined. It was supposed to be a one day job but they were not done. When Gert (the boss) came the next day, he was not happy. He promised to come fix everything and get the tiles fixed, the window bars painted. We couldn't find a suitable date over the Christmas period and arranged for the 29th. The 29th he had car issues, now he was supposed to come on the 4th. No show, not answering my calls and eventually has blocked my calls. I'm gonna pursue the legal route due to the damage on my tiles. And incomplete work that I've paid for.
