We don't charge any fees if we are unable to collect your outstanding debt. On successful collection, we charge 25% for any debt under 6 months and 30% for debt over 6 months, regardless the outstanding amount. You therefore have nothing to lose in making use of our services. If the need arises however that the account needs to be handed over from pre-legal to legal status, we are able to do so.
