I have just placed another order. I did two initial orders whilst still living on the East Coast n had my order within days. I had worked out the number of tiles incorrectly so placed another order but so spoke to Sonja as I wanted a specific tile. When it arrived a few days later was exactlly what I wanted. Fast forward 8 months n decided a cupboard needed a revamp and placed an order. Once order was placed I changed my mind n now needed more tiles but this would incurr double postage. I placed the order n said for collection to avoid the postage n messaged in comments,could they please post both orders together. As this was over a weekend I couldnt talk to them but called the Monday. The parcel was already made up n being couriered and was as I had requested in the message. The quality is great n service levels excellent. Highly recommended n now look forward to yet another order for another make over project
