I was in one of Wilna's Pilates classes for a few years, and that kept me in a place of being mostly painless, after having battled with my back for many years. She comes across as loving what she does, and she regularly comes up with new exercises. She is excellent in what she does!

Pilates Class. Wilna Pretorius is a wonderful experienced Pilate instructor who is serious and dedicated towards her job. She is always well prepared and gives the class so that everyone gets maximum attention to do the exercises perfect, but we also have lots of fun. I can recommend her to anybody that is serious about their health and body.

If it hasn't been for Wilna, I would still have problems with my back after falling down the stairs. She made me realise the importance of proper balanced exercise. Wilna doesn't just teaches pilates classes, she teaches you on how to be conscious on how you carry yourself and how to properly sit without causing strain on your body or muscles. You won't regret assigning to one of her classes.

Biokinetics exercises: Wilna did a very accurate assessment of the exercises required. She conducted the classes in a very professional manner but also in an enjoyable way. The results were better than expected. She is a very competent Biokineticist and can recommend her company's services.

Wilna manages her studio in a very professional manner and is always friendly. Her studio is neat, well equipped and she monitors your performance and corrects your posture throughout the class. For the service provided by her I feel her fees are excellent and I always feel I am getting value for my money. I can recommend her without reservation.

I love my weekly Pilates classes at Studio Kinetic. Studio Kinetic provides a great and efficient all over body workout. All exercises has been prepared and well thought out before all classes and the personal attention to each member ensures that you get the best work out as well as results. If you are looking for the best place for Pilates, Studio Kinetic is where you should be.

Very professional and well thought out exercises. Wilna covers all areas of the body at each session and varies her exercises, so one never knows what to expect! Sheis passionate about what she does and is very "hands-on" with her clients, checking that the exercises are being done correctly, to prevent any injuries occurring. The sessions are tough, but one feels great afterwards!

Pilates Excercise Instruction Group Sessions 2 X per week. Studio Kinetic's Instructor, Wilna Pretorius is extremely knowledgable, experienced, organised and dedicated. She plans, structures and manages each session in an efficient and professional manner. She pays close attention to each individual in the group during the entire session thus ensuring that each exercise is done in the correct manner. She is furthermore a friendly, patient, helpful and kind lady.

Our Pilates Classes
You only have one body, and it is never too late to start taking proper care of it! Pilates can play a key role in your overall health and fitness. It not only helps to increase flexibility, but also improves your strength, coordination and muscle endurance.
At Studio Kinetic we present a unique form of Pilates that applies to our modern lifestyles. Our main objective is to ensure results that are based on your goals as well as the goals that we have for you so that you can transform your body into a healthy, strong, lean machine.

Not many people know that Pilates is an excellent form of rehabilitation. Believe us when we say that Pilates can literally change your life! Every exercise that is used in Pilates is focused on balancing all the muscles in the body and on strengthening the core.
Pilates also focuses on spinal and pelvic alignment, which is critical in getting the body to move the way it’s supposed to move in order to avoid injury. Pilates allows for flexibility in the rehabilitation process, which most conventional forms of physical therapy don’t allow for.

SWEAT Classes
Is your cholesterol or blood pressure out of control or do you have a family history of cardiovascular disease? If so, you should get moving. Literally. The minimum amount of cardiovascular exercise you should be doing is 30 minutes a day. If you do less than this, you are at risk of cardiovascular disease, high cholesterol and/or blood pressure, osteoporosis and obesity just to name a few. But let’s be honest, spending hours on the treadmill or stationary bike in the gym is not the most fun and exciting activity.
At Studio Kinetic we like to mix it up a bit. Our Sweat Classes are functional fitness classes that are fun and exciting, making your exercise routine enjoyable- It is a mix of different forms of exercise, including stepping, kettlebell workouts, theraband training and energetic rhythm cardio sessions. Now you wouldn’t need to come up with some excuse not to exercise- believe us, you wouldn’t want to miss your exercise sessions!
