Dorcen gets very aggressive when he wants money. He finished a job for me on Saturday at 12noon. I paid him in full Monday morning 9am. He had not removed the rubble as agreed, and demanded his money without even letting me inspect the site. He did not add an expansion gap in the concrete as agreed. Will not use ever again. Once you pay a deposit, he will skimp as much as possible - He didn't even take the time to tie the steel reinforcing with some wire. Most of his guys are good, but one day he brought a 'bricklayer' who did a pathetic job - i had to tell him not to bring him again. He is never on site, he says too busy, then his guys started building past the 3m building line and had to get them to break it and start again after I saw this. You have to watch everything they do. Never again!
