It controls and regulates every bodily activity down to the workings of the tiniest cell." The spine encases our nervous system. It is therefore essential to ensure a healthy functioning spine. How does the spine become less functional? The world has changed rapidly with technology. There is less need to move and more need to sit long hours of the day. The spine was not made to maintain positions like that for long hours. Joints, therefore, receive less nutrition due to less movement. Chiropractic helps restore movement in joints for optimal function.
