On 23 September, Outback Diesel was one of the first to contact me regarding ceiling repair. They were professional on the phone, sent me a quote and made the appoint for Monday the 27th as they were fully booked that Friday. Monday at 13:04 I contact Outback Diesel to find out if the appointment was still on and was told they are crazy busy but would send someone the next day (Tuesday). Tuesday came and went, no call, no apology, no reschedule. Today is October 7 and still no word from them. I find it appalling that a company would show interest and treat prosective clients with such disregard. Yes, it was not a huge job that would bring them millions, but they knew exactly what was expected and still accepted the job. Shame on you Outback Diesel. Not cool.
