I was in need of sofa cleaning services, and M&S Transport and Cleaning assisted me without fault. They provided a quote without hassle, clean and concise communication (fielded my queries professionally), and their service was stellar. Richard, the one who came to clean the three couch set, was Punctual, Professional and Patient. I appreciate their service, and would definitely call on them again.

They were late and did not arrive with the truck we had originally asked for, they originally arrived with a truck with a trailer. Instead the original truck came 3-4 hours later which delayed the move more. The service was not customer centric and the attitude was hostile and borderline rude. As human we forget things off a list, however I did not realise we were bound by the list but capacity of the truck as my previous experience with other moving companies. I understand there is a list to follow however the company did not take all the things on the list and only LITERALLY take one or 2 things that was not on the list. The experience was a raw and traumatic experience. Moving is stressful as it is and hiring a company to alleviate the stress, not to add to the stress. To compensate the delay of the truck arriving 3-4hrs late. The company gave me 15% off, honestly this is not important as I would have happily, if the service was awesome. I would NEVER use this company again

My mother moved from Brakpan To Johannesburg South and I oversaw all the preparations for moving companies etc. M&S responded within minutes from my quote request and I could not believe the price they asked, I believed something had to be wrong with them since their quote was the most affordable by a long shot. I tried getting reviews on them but found only satisfied customers, and now this list includes me. The day of the move was fast, seamless and very relaxing. They are amazing. Recommend them every day of the week.
