Steph Dawson-Cosser has over 40 years working in the child and family care. In her private practice she works with individuals, couples and family groups, who wish to build healthy relationships, resolve conflict, experience connection and understanding of each other. Offering her clients tools in order to make sense of what is happening in their life, and to enable them climb back into the driving seat of their lives with confidence and compassion, coping with uncertainty and change.
Steph's work-place coaching practice spans both leadership development and employee wellness, having worked with executives and teams in organisations such as Sybrin, Exxaro, IBM, Deloitte, PwC, The Anglican Diocese of Johannesburg, and many others. Leadership practices are learned through experience, not just theory. Steph and her team offer a range of experiences for leadership development and team building experiences through such diverse opportunities, as equine facilitated leadership and learning workshops, pottery workshops, community building workshops, team enneagram learning and so much more.
