We are offering a leisure or business travellers a more affordable option for accommodation without neglecting comfort and style. This is a perfect opportunity to stay within company budgets and for leisure travellers to actually make that holiday possible without costing an arm and a leg. We are also ideal for local B&B’s or guest houses needing a back up option to handle their overflow without incurring long term expenses.
We are not a B&B nor are we a guest house. The best way to describe us is “The Holiday House”, a rental in a lovely suburb very close to the beach. We are also close to the shopping center and close to the waterfront, so getting something to eat is quite easy. Here is what we have to offer- a 4 bedroom (2 en-suite) fully furnished house, large open plan kitchen & dining room, lounge, scullery, family bathroom, patio area, double garage and a large yard. There is a lady who stays on the property (separate from the house) and she ensures that the house gets serviced daily (except for public holidays). The garden is also maintained by us. In total the house can accommodate up to 10 guests (possibly 12 if you include the sleeper couch).
