Need some improvement on time keeping and professionalism

Everything was done very efficiently and professionally. I was a bit surprised at the bill as he quoted me R 250 for the Call out fee, was here for less than half an hour, and then charged R 650. He did not mention that there would be an additional hourly or minimum fee to the call out fee but then I guess I should have asked.

Geshem did a very good electrical job. I would recommend their services.

I originaly called this Electrician out for a lighting issue - he sorted it out quickly and went the extra mile by going out to buy the correct fittings. He was efficient and timely and I've used him ever since. He replaced an oven, fixed wall fittings, connected appliances and even organised some gardening services for me. I highly recommend him! Kathy

TERRIBLE!!!! , gave a thumb suck qoute with no paperwork and not telling me that it excludes the parts ended up driving around half the day to buy parts to the value of R3700. 00. The quote was R2000, so the bill ended up a lot more than it was supposed to. Now my bathroom lights and hallway lights is suddenly not working and Gesham is now reluctant to come back and fix the lights that was working. I had to pay cash and no invoice was provide and suspecting that he won't come back. Now I must spend more money for a QUALIFIED, electrition to come and repare the crap work????
