Registered debt counselling service in terms of Section 44 of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 since September 2010. We firstly determine whether a consumer is over indebted, in other words their expenses exceeds their income and they don't have sufficient funds for their day to day living costs. There is no loan involved in this process, we restructure debt repayments to increase monthly cash flow. The restructured fee will remain unchanged throughout the debt review process to increase the installments of the remaining creditors when creditors accounts are paid in full, therefore reducing the terms. This is a legal process granted through the courts, therefore creditors will stop phoning consumers and deal with the debt counsellor only. Unlike other debt relieve processes nothing is kept against a consumers name on the credit bureau once the debt review has been finalized and a Clearance Certificate issued. All costs involved forms part of the process and there is no upfront costs for the consumer.
