At the Slimming and Health Clinic we use the method of electro therapy to loose and maintain weight and centimetres. Silicone pads are placed on specific parts of the body which sends "deep penetrating impulses"to the muscles causing the muscles to contract and relax, simulating exercise. This results in breakdown of fat, reduces fluid retention, which results in measurable inch and weight loss . This method takes only 30 minutes , 3 times week. This is perfect for man and women who don't have time or dislike going to the gym people who have injuries and are unable to exercise. There is an infra red light above the bed, this light heats the muscles, increased blood circulation and reduces cellulite . We provide clients with an eating plan, it's easy to follow, and flexible, no measuring or weighing or buying expensive food, it's straight forward healthy eating. Clients are weighed twice a week and measured once a week to track progress
